HEREAS, by an Act, KO. 13 of 1851, certain Roads were

declevrd to be Main Lines of h a d: And whereas it is

ospedient that the road sot forth iu the Scl~edolc l i c r e ~ i t annexed,

and with the advice ancl conserlt of the Legislative Council thereof-That the liue of road set fhrt,ll in the Scllcdule hereunto annexed slid1 be, and it is licrcby declared to be ,z Main Eoncl, fbr the purposes of :;U Acts relating to, or affecting the roads of tlic said Province.
