to amend an Ordinance No. 13 of 185 1 ,for the declaring

of Mitin Lines of Road in South Austraiia.

HEREAS, by an Act, No. 13 of 1851, certain Roads were Preamble.

W declared to be Main Lines of Road, and, because it is

expedient that the roads set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed,

should also be declared to be Main Roads: Be it therefore Enacted Hain Lines of Road

declared according to

by His Excellency the Governor-in-Chief of South Australia, by f i ~ d ~ l ~

and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof

-That the lines of road set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed,

shall be, and they are hereby declared to be Main Roads, for the

purposes of a l l Acts relating to, or affecting the roads o f the said

Province,

SCHEDULE REFERRED TO.

1. A line of road branching Ram the Maims $outh Road at or near Noarlunga, and running thence south, across the Aldinga Plains to the Mount Terrible Range, and crossing that range et or near SeUick's Hi, to join the raad running to Yankalilh and Cape Jervis.

2. The line of road between Clawler Town and Lyndoch Valley.

3. A line of road to Port Elliot, from Strathalbyn, and a branch to Milang.

4. A line of road from Strathalbyn to Wellington.

5. A line of road from the Shea Oak Log, by Greenock, to Light Pass.
