HEREAS by an Ordinance, No. 14 of 1849, certain roads

me declared to be main roads, and it is expedient to pro-

vide that certain district roads may, from time to time, be declared

main ro~tds

for the purposes of that Ordinance:

Be it therefore Enacted, by the Lieutenant-Governor of South ~

thereof, hat the lines of roads set forth in thc ~cYhodule hereunto

annexed shall be, and they are hereby, declared to be main lines

of road of the Province, for all the purposes of the aforesaid Or-

dinance No. 14, 1849.

3. The Eastern Road, from Adelaide by Magill, through the Tiers, to join

the Main Line of Road No. 9.

The South-eastern Road, vid Hahnsdorff and Mount Barker, to Wcl-

lington; with South Branch to Strathalbyn.
