And whereassilcll licence duties have been found objectionable, amlit is expedient that t h y should he repealed:
cummeneemcnt. | Be it therefore Enacted, by the Governor of South Australia, |
with the advice and consent of the L(~gis1ative Council thereof,. That this Ordinance shall commence aiid take effect from and after
the passing thereof, and shall bc construed, togetlux with the W-
cited Ordinance, as one

And be it Enacted, That Sections Forty-third to Fifty-fiftb, inclusive, and Schedule B, and ~e i l e rd ly
so much of the said Or- |

the said licence duties, shall he, and tlie same are hereby rcpealed:
And all moneys herctofore receivccl for or in respect of any such licence or carriage shall be refunded
