Be it therefore Enacted, by the Governor of South Australia,

with the advice and consent of the L(~gis1ative Council thereof,. That this Ordinance shall commence aiid take effect from and after

the passing thereof, and shall bc construed, togetlux with the W-

cited Ordinance, as one Act.

force and virtue.
