Road User Charge Determination (No. 1) 2011
I, ANTHONY NORMAN ALBANESE, Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, having complied with the requirements of subsection 43-10(9) of the Fuel Tax Act 2006 (the Act) DETERMINE under subsection 43-10(7) of the Act that the rate of the Road User Charge is $0.231 for each litre of taxable fuel.
This Determination commences on 1 July 2011.
