Road User Charge Determination 2006 (No. 1)
I, JAMES ERIC LLOYD, Acting Minister for Transport and Regional Services, under subsection 43-10(5) of the Fuel Tax Act 2006 (the Act) DETERMINE that the amount of the road user charge for the purpose of subsection 43-10(3) of the Act is $0.19633 per litre of taxable fuel.
This determination commences on the commencement of the Act.
