  1. Name of regulation

    This regulation is the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Amendment Regulation 2014 (No 1).

  2. Commencement

    This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

    NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

  3. Legislation amended

    This regulation amends the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2000.

  4. Section 22 (4)

    omit

    CTP policy or compulsory third-party insurance policy under the law of a jurisdiction other than the ACT

  5. Section 23 (2)

    (B)schedule 1, section 1.92 (Numberplate lights); or

    (C)schedule 1, section 1.120 (Other lights and reflectors).
