Name of regulation
This regulation is the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Amendment Regulation 2012 (No 1).
Commencement
This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.
NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).
Legislation amended
This regulation amends the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2000.
New section 32A (3) (ab) and notes
insert
(ab)the vehicle was a registered vehicle when it became a written‑off vehicle; and
Note 1A vehicle is a registered vehicle if it is registered in the ACT under the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Act 1999.
Note 2A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act, s 104).
