Road Transport (Vehicle Registration ) Act 1999

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Amendment Regulation 2007 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2000.

4. Section 45 (3) (b)

   substitute

   (b)    a trader’s plate is attached to the vehicle; or

   (c)the vehicle is registered but the vehicle registration label has not been received by the registered owner of the vehicle.
