1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Amendment
(Compliance Certificates) Regulation 2016.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2007

Clause 76AA Definitions

Omit clause 76AA (2).

Insert instead:

(2) Division 2 applies in relation to light vehicles only.
Note. See Part 3.3 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (NSW) with respect to the modification of heavy vehicles within the meaning of that Law.
(3) Division 3 applies in relation to light vehicles and heavy vehicles.
