His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Act 1997.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable in connection with the administration of the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Act 1997.

This Regulation is made under the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Act 1997, including section 14 (the general regulation-making power) and section 15 (in particular, section 15 (2) (f)).

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration)

Further Amendment (Fees) Regulation 1999.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 1999.

3 Amendment of Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 1998

The Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 1998 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
