  1. Commencement

    These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

  2. Regulations amended

    These regulations amend the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Regulations 2000.

  7. Schedule 1, as in force immediately before the commencement of this regulation, continues to apply to a third-party policy that is expressed to begin before 1 July 2001.
