Name of regulations
These regulations are the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Amendment Regulations 2002.
Commencement
These regulations commence on the day after their notification day.
Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Regulations 2000.
New regulation 14

Policies beginning before 1 July 2002
Schedule 1, as in force immediately before the commencement of this regulation, continues to apply to a third-party policy that is expressed to begin before 1 July 2002.
This regulation expires on 1 July 2002.
