  1. Name of regulations

    These regulations are the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Amendment Regulations 2002.

  2. Commencement

    These regulations commence on the day after their notification day.

  3. Regulations amended

    These regulations amend the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Regulations 2000.

  4. New regulation 14

  5. Policies beginning before 1 July 2002

  6. Schedule 1, as in force immediately before the commencement of this regulation, continues to apply to a third-party policy that is expressed to begin before 1 July 2002.

  7. This regulation expires on 1 July 2002.
