1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Amendment Regulation 2009 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Regulation 2008.

4. Section 9

   section 41 (CTP regulator to approve or reject premiums)

   goods vehicle means a motor vehicle built mainly to transport goods.
