1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Amendment Regulation 2008 (No 3).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Regulation 2008.

4. Schedule 1, part 1.2, new items 11.7 and 11.8

   insert

11.7	motorcycle	electrically powered motor	private
11.8	motorcycle	electrically powered motor	business
