Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999

1. Name of regulations

   These regulations are the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Amendment Regulations 2003 (No 2).

2. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day after their notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulations 2000.

4. Schedule 1, part 1.2, new item 88

   insert

88 1021 Hindmarsh Drive/Yamba Drive
