Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Amendment Regulation 2017 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulation 2000.

4. Section 102, definition of fixed camera detection device, paragraph (e)

   substitute

   (e)Gatsometer Traffic Camera (T-series) (GT20) that includes, as a component, a radar speed measuring device or a loop detector speed measuring device; or

5. Section 102, definition of radar speed measuring device, new paragraph (ba)

   insert

   (ba)Gatsometer RT4 tracking radar; or
