1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Amendment Regulation 2005 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulation 2000.

4. Section 108 (4), example

   substitute

   Example

   ‘Location: sls0015’ indicates that the code for the place where the image was taken is 0015 (see sch 1, part 1.1, item 15).

5. Section 108 (5), example

   The location code ‘0015’ indicates that the image was taken at Kingsford Smith Drive between Kuringa Drive and Spalding Street (see sch 1, part 1.1, item 15).

6. Section 108 (6), example

   Example

   The location code ‘0003’ means that the image was taken on Athllon Drive between Beasley Street ‘(south)’ and Sulwood Drive (see sch 1, part 1.1, item 3). As Beasley Street intersects Athllon Drive more than once, the word ‘south’ indicates that the southern intersection is the relevant intersection.
