Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999.

Explanatory note
The Hunter New England Local Health District is a declared organisation under the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999 and may establish parking schemes within its area of operation.
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe two additional lots (Lots 1 and 99, DP 753848), being part of the Tamworth Base Hospital, as part of the area of operations of the Hunter New England Local Health District.
This Regulation is made under the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act

1999, including section 71 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Amendment (Declared Organisations) Regulation 2012.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulation 1999

Schedule 3 Declared organisations

Omit “Lot 335, DP 753848” from Column 2 of the matter relating to

Hunter New England Local Health District.

Insert instead “Lots 1, 99 and 335, DP 753848”.
