Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Amendment (Blood Sampling) Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 2001 as the day on which sections 1, 2 and 5 of, and Schedule 3 to, that Act commence.

Explanatory note
The object of this proclamation is to commence the amendments made to the Marine (Boating Safety—Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1991 by the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Amendment (Blood Sampling) Act 2000.

This proclamation is made under section 2 of the 2000 Act.
