An Act to amend the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

1. Name of Act

   This Act is the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Amendment Act 2001 (No 2).

2. Commencement

   This Act commences on the day it is notified in the Gazette.

3. Act amended

   This Act amends the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Act 1999.

4. Section 10B (1) (b) and (c)

   renumber as paragraphs 10B (1) (a) and (b)

5. Section 10B

   renumber subsections under Legislation Act 2001 when Act next republished

6. Section 10C, 10D, 10F and 10G

   omit

7. Section 10I

   omit

   section 10B (1) (a), (b) or (c)

   substitute

   section 10B (1) (a)

1. Sections 10AA, 10A, 10B, 10E, 10H, 10I and 10J

   renumber sections under Legislation Act 2001 when Act next republished

2. Section 29

   omit
