Road Transport (Offences) Regulations Amendment

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following regulations under the Road Transport (General) Act 1999.

1. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Road Transport (Offences) Regulations 2000.

3. Identifying particulars for vehicle for infringement notice offence involving a vehicle (MTR reg 26J)

   Regulation 12 is amended—

(a)by omitting paragraphs (1) (d) and (f); and

(b)by renumbering paragraphs (1) (e) and (g) as paragraphs (1) (d) and (e); and

(c)by omitting from subregulation (2) “, (d) or (e)” and substituting “or (d)”; and

(d)by omitting from subregulation (3) “(g)” and substituting “(e)”.
