1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Road Transport (General) Amendment (Unregistered
Trailers) Regulation 2014.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013

Schedule 5 Penalty notice offences

Insert at the end of the matter relating to section 68 (1) of the Road Transport

Act 2013 in Columns 1, 2 and 3 respectively:

(c) in the case of standing a trailer not being part Class 1, 2, 12 Level 3
of a combination
