Explanatory note

parking authorities and may establish and operate parking schemes within their area of operation. The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the TAFE Commission as a declared organisation within its area of operation at St George College, Kogarah on Lot 1, DP 853677.	Under the Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013, bodies specified as declared organisations are regulation-making power) and 24 and clause 6 of Schedule 1.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Road Transport (General) Amendment (TAFE Commission)
Regulation 2015.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013

Schedule 2 Declared organisations

Insert the following after the matter relating to Sydney Olympic Park Authority, in

Columns 1 and 2, respectively:

TAFE Commission St George College, Kogarah (being Lot 1,
DP 853677).
