Explanatory note
Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013
Under the , bodies specified as declared organisations are rule-making power) and 24 and clause 6 of Schedule 1.
parking authorities and may establish parking schemes within their area of operation.
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the Northern Sydney Local Health District as a declared
organisation in respect of carparks on Lots 1 and 2, DP 1158469 and Lot 102, DP 1075748 at the Royal
North Shore Hospital.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Road Transport (General) Amendment (Northern Sydney
Local Health District) Regulation 2014.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013

Schedule 2 Declared organisations

Insert the following after the matter relating to Macquarie University, in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:

Northern Sydney Local Health District Royal North Shore Hospital (being
Lots 1 and 2, DP 1158469 and Lot 102,
DP 1075748).
