His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Road Transport Act 2013.

Explanatory note
Under the Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013, bodies specified as declared organisations are parking authorities and may establish and operate parking schemes within their area of operation.
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the Northern NSW Local Health District as a declared
organisation within its area of operation at Lismore Base Hospital, Lismore Base Hospital Car Park on
Lot 2, DP1215351 and Lismore Riverlands Campus on Lot 1, DP1032149.
This Regulation is made under the Road Transport Act 2013, including sections 23 (the general regulation-making power) and 24 and clause 6 of Schedule 1.

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Road Transport (General) Amendment (Northern NSW Local
Health District) Regulation 2018.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013
Schedule 2 Declared organisations
Insert the following after the matter relating to Mid North Coast Local Health
District:
Northern NSW Local Health District Lismore Base Hospital (being that part of
Lismore bounded by, but not including,
Fermoy Avenue, Weaver Street, Orion
Street, Hunter Street, Uralba Street and
Little Uralba Street).Lismore Base Hospital Car Park (being
Lot 2, DP 1215351).Lismore Riverlands Campus (being Lot 1,
DP 1032149).
