Regulation under the Road Transport Act 2013.

Explanatory note
Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013
Under the , bodies specified as declared organisations are organisation in the following areas of operation:

parking authorities and may establish parking schemes within their area of operation.

(a)	the Coffs Harbour Health Campus on Lot 202, DP 1127790 and Lot 14, DP 261222,
(b)	the Port Macquarie Base Hospital on Lot 23, DP 1099567.

This Regulation is made under the Road Transport Act 2013, including sections 23 (the general statutory rule-making power) and 24 and clause 6 of Schedule 1.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Road Transport (General) Amendment (Mid North Coast
Local Health District) Regulation 2015.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013

Schedule 2 Declared organisations

Insert the following after the matter relating to Macquarie University, in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:

Mid North Coast Local Health District	Coffs Harbour Health Campus (being Lot 202, DP 1127790 and Lot 14, DP 261222).
Port Macquarie Base Hospital (being Lot 23, DP 1099567).
