Explanatory note
Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013
Under the , bodies specified as declared organisations are rule-making power) and 24 and clause 6 of Schedule 1.
parking authorities and may establish parking schemes within their area of operation.
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the Hunter Development Corporation as a declared organisation
in respect of Throsby Car Park, Lee Wharf Car Park and Wright Lane Car Park.

This Regulation is the Road Transport (General) Amendment (Hunter Development
Corporation) Regulation 2014.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Insert after the matter relating to the Darling Harbour Authority, in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:

Hunter Development Throsby Car Park and Lee Wharf Car Park (being

Wright Lane Car Park (being Lot 21, DP 1165985).
