His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Road Transport (General) Act 1999.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to reduce the fees payable under the Road Transport (General) Act 1999 for access to information contained in the database of declarations and orders maintained under section 13 (3) of that Act and for information from records of the Roads and Traffic Authority (including certificates issued under section 46 of that Act).

This Regulation is made under the Road Transport (General) Act 1999, including section 71 (the general regulation–making power).

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Road Transport (General) Further Amendment
(Fees) Regulation 2000.

2 Amendment of Road Transport (General) Regulation 1999

The Road Transport (General) Regulation 1999 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
