Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable under the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998. The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index.

This Regulation is made under the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998, including sections 19 (the general regulation-making power) and 20 (2) (f).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Amendment
(Fees) Regulation 2011.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2011 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

(b)	a provisional P2 licence (other than to a temporary overseas	78

visitor within the meaning of clause 43)

(c)	a provisional P2 licence to a temporary overseas visitor	50

3         Issue of a replacement driver licence:

(a) a certificate relating to information from the Authority’s 27
