Amendment (Fees) Regulation 1999

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable in connection with the administration of the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998.
This Regulation also effects law revision in connection with demerit points
offences and penalties.
This Regulation is made under the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act
1998, including sections 19 (the general regulation-making power) and 20

(in particular, section 20 (2) (f)).

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Road Transport (Driver Licensing)

Amendment (Fees) Regulation 1999.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 1999.

3 Amendment of Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulation 1999

The Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulation 1999 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
