I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 March 1999 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the uncommenced provisions of the
Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998. Schedule 2 to that Act, and section 36 of

that Act in its application to that Schedule, commenced on 27 November 1998.
