ROAD TRAFFIC (WARDENS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Wardens)

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Road Traffic (Wardens) Regulations 1986* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 2 amended

3.      Regulation 2 (1) of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (d)

by deleting "Vehicle Standards Regulations 1972," and substituting the

following —

id Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1977, If

Regulation 3 amended

4.     Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended by repealing

subre ation (2) and substituting the following subregulation —

id

(2) A warden appointed to perform duties relating to the controlling of vehicles and pedestrians at children's crossings and pedestrian crossings shall, at all times when he or she is performing those duties, wear a uniform approved by the Board.
