Road Traffic (Vehicles) Amendment Regulations

(No. 5) 2022

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1. Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Amendment

Regulations 2014.

Regulations (No. 5) 2022.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Vehicles)

4.           Regulation 404 amended

In regulation 404 delete "330 mm" and insert:

400 mm

5.           Regulation 406 amended

In regulation 406 delete "660 mm." and insert:

800 mm.
