Road Traffic (Vehicles) Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2017

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2017.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Vehicles)
Regulations 2014.

4.             Regulation 454A amended

In regulation 454A delete the definition of relevant offence.

5.             Regulation 454P amended

In regulation 454P:

(a)	delete paragraph (a);
(b)	delete paragraph (b)(ii);
(c)	delete paragraph (c) and insert:
(c) the holder is convicted of —

(i)      an offence against a road law; or

(ii)      an offence against a law of another place that substantially corresponds to an offence against a road law.
