Road Traffic (Vehicles) Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2015.

Note:  Under the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(b), these regulations
come into operation on the day on which they are published in the
Gazette.

2.             Specified day

For the purposes of section 18 of the Act, the specified day in
relation to these regulations is 1 July 2015.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Vehicles)
Regulations 2014.

4.             Various vehicle licence charges amended

Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table:
