Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment

Rules 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These rules are the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards)
Amendment Rules 2012.

2.             Commencement

These rules come into operation as follows

(a)	i tiles I and 2 — on the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the rules on the day after that day.

3.             Rules amended

These rules amend the Road Tm/tic (Vehicle Standards)

Rifles 2002.

4.              Rifle b2 amended

(1) Delete rule 62(4) and insert:

5.             Rule 63 .amended

(1) Delete rule 63 (2) and insert:

These regulations are the Country Taxi-cars (Fares and

Charges) Amendment Regu1 itions 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on 1 July 2012.
