Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment

Rules 2005

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.            Citation

These rules are the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards)
Amendment Rules 2005.

2.            Commencement

These rules come into operation on the day on which the Road
Traffic Amendment Act 2000 comes into operation.

3.            The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Road Traffic (Vehicle
Standards) Rules 2002*.

4.            Rule 150 amended

Rule 150(c)(ii) is amended by deleting "its owner" and inserting instead —

" the responsible person for it
