Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment

Rules 2004

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Vehicle
Standards) Amendment Rules 2004.

2.             The rules amended

These amendments are to the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards)
Rules 2002*.

3.             Rule 17 amended

Rule 17(1) is amended in the definition of “personally imported vehicle” in paragraph (a) by deleting “3 months” and inserting instead —

“ 12 months ”.

4.             Rule 171 amended

Rule 171(3) is amended in the definition of “L” in paragraph (b)

by inserting after “if ” —

“ no ”.
