These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2005.

Regulations (No. 5) 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards)
Amendment Regulations (NO. 5) 2005.

2.            Commencement

27 May 2005 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2315

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2002*.

4.            Regulation 69 amended

Regulation 69(3) is amended by deleting "$30.40." and inserting instead -

" $31.00. ".
