2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2002*.

4.            Regulation 69 amended

Regulation 69(3) is amended by deleting "$31 .00.- and

inserting instead
$32.00. ".
