Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2004.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2004.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2002*.

4.             Regulation 69 amended

Regulation 69(3) is amended by deleting “$28.40” and inserting instead —

“ $30.40 ”.
