Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Amendment

Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Vehicle
Standards) Amendment Regulations 2003.

2.            Commencement

20 May 2003 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1807

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Vehicle Standards) Regulations 2002*.

4.            Regulation 69 amended

Regulation 69(3) is amended by deleting S27.55.' and
inserting instead -
" $28.40. ".
