ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLE STANDARDS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards)

Amendment Regulations 1992.

By His Excellency's Command, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

Regulation 104 amended

2.      Regulation 104 (1) of the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations

1977* is amended in the definition of "bicycle" in paragraph (c) by inserting

before "a power" the following —

7)

a 2-wheeled or 3-wheeled vehicle which is
