Road Traffic (Towed Agricultural Implements)

Amendment Regulations 2004

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Towed
Agricultural Implements) Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Road Traffic
(Towed Agricultural Implements) Regulations 1995* .

3.            Regulation 15 amended

Regulation 15 is amended by deleting "1204 of the Road Traffic
Code 1975" and inserting instead —

" 191 of the Road Traffic Code 2000 ".
