1. These regulations may be cited as theRoad Traffic (Section 47I Hospitals) Regulations 1992 .
2. These regulations will come into operation on 1 September 1992.
3. TheRoad Traffic (Blood Analysis) Regulations 1973 (seeGazette 19 July 1973 p. 299), as
varied, are revoked.
4. In these regulations—"
the Act " means theRoad Traffic Act 1961 .
5. For the purposes of section 47I(19) of the Act, the following institutions are declared to be
hospitals:
