Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Section 47I Hospitals) Regulations 1992.

Commencement

2. These regulations will come into operation on 1 September 1992.

Revocation

3. The Road Traffic (Blood Analysis) Regulations 1973 (see Gazette 19 July 1973 p. 299), as

varied, are revoked.

Interpretation

4. In these regulations—

"the Act" means the Road Traffic Act 1961.

Declaration of hospitals (s. 47I(19))

5. For the purposes of section 47I(19) of the Act, the following institutions are declared to be

hospitals:
