1. These regulations may be cited as theRoad Traffic (Port Augusta Traffic Prohibition)
2. These regulations will come into operation on 1 September 1992.
3. TheTraffic Prohibition (Port Augusta) Regulations 1973 (seeGazette 4 October 1973 p.
2211) are revoked.
4. A person must not drive, stand or park a vehicle on a part of a road set out below—
that portion of Loudon Road, Port Augusta West which lies between an imaginary straight line from the northern corner of the corporation reserve adjacent to Hackett Street to the north-eastern corner of allotment 273, Port Augusta West and another imaginary line 2 metres south of and parallel to the first imaginary straight line; | |
that portion of Mildred Street, Port Augusta West which lies between the south- western boundary of Loudon Road, Port Augusta West and an imaginary line 2 metres south-west of and parallel to that boundary; | |
that portion of Bond Street, Port Augusta West which lies between the north-eastern boundary of Loudon Road, Port Augusta West and an imaginary line 2 metres north- east of and parallel to that boundary; | |
that portion of Stokes Terrace, Port Augusta West which lies between an imaginary straight line that is the prolongation of the north-eastern boundary of allotment 178, Port Augusta West and another imaginary line 2 metres south-west of and parallel to the first imaginary straight line. |
