Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Miscellaneous) Variation Regulations 2004.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

4—Variation of regulation 13—Declaration of hospitals for compulsory blood testing

1. Regulation 13—after "Gawler Health Service Incorporated" insert:

   Hawker Memorial Hospital Incorporated

2. Regulation 13—delete "Karoonda and District Soldiers' Memorial Hospital Incorporated", "Lameroo District Health Services Incorporated", "Laura and Districts Hospital Incorporated" and "Lower Murray District Hospital Incorporated"

3. Regulation 13—after "Loxton Hospital Complex Incorporated" insert:

   Mallee Health Service Incorporated

4. Regulation 13—delete "Onkaparinga District Hospital Inc" and "Pinnaroo Soldiers' Memorial Hospital Incorporated"

5. Regulation 13—delete "Quorn and District Memorial Hospital Incorporated" and substitute:

   Quorn Health Services Incorporated

6. Regulation 13—after "Riverland Regional Health Service Incorporated" insert:

   Rocky River Health Service Incorporated

7. Regulation 13—delete "Waikerie Hospital and Health Services Incorporated" and substitute:

   Tailem Bend District Hospital

   Waikerie Health Services Incorporated
