Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Miscellaneous) Variation Regulations 2004.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2004.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Road Traffic (Miscellaneous) Regulations 1999

4—Variation of regulation 13—Declaration of hospitals for compulsory blood testing

  1. Regulation 13—after the item "Ceduna District Health Services Incorporated" insert:

    the following facilities of the Central Northern Adelaide Health Service Incorporated:

    (a)Lyell McEwin Health Service;

    (b)Modbury Hospital;

    (c)The Queen Elizabeth Hospital;

    (d)Royal Adelaide Hospital

  2. Regulation 13—delete the item "Flinders Medical Centre"

  3. Regulation 13—delete the item "Noarlunga Health Service Incorporated"

  4. Regulation 13—delete the item "North Western Adelaide Health Service"

  5. Regulation 13—delete the item "Modbury Hospital"

  6. Regulation 13—delete the item "Royal Adelaide Hospital"

  7. Regulation 13—after the item "South Coast District Hospital Incorporated" insert:

    The following facilities of the Southern Adelaide Health Service Incorporated:

    (a)Flinders Medical Centre;

    (b)Noarlunga Health Services

  8. Regulation 13—delete the item "Women's and Children's Hospital" and substitute:

    The Women's and Children's Hospital facility of the Children, Youth and Women's Health Service Incorporated

Note—

As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
