Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Miscellaneous) (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2022.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2022.

Part 2—Amendment of Road Traffic (Miscellaneous) Regulations 2014

3—Amendment of Schedule 3—Fees

1. Schedule 3, clause 1(2), table—delete the table and substitute:

1.	Heavy vehicles and buses
(1)	Inspection of a motor vehicle (other than a bus)	$272
(2)	Inspection of—
(a)    a converter dolly	$92
(b)    a trailer other than a converter dolly	$183
(3)	Inspection of a bus	$272
(4)	Further inspection of a vehicle	$92
2.	Vehicles other than heavy vehicles or buses
(1)	Inspection of a vehicle for the purposes of an exemption under section 163AA of the Act or regulation 71	$272
(2)	Inspection of a vehicle for the purposes of section 139(1)(c) of the Motor Vehicles Act 1959	$272
(3)	Inspection of LPG‑converted vehicle for the purposes of the Dangerous Substances Act 1979	$272
(4)	Any other inspection of a vehicle	$183

1. Schedule 3, clause 1(3)—delete "$26" and substitute:

2. Schedule 3, clause 1(4)—delete "$62" and substitute:

3. Schedule 3, clause 2(2)(a)—delete "$88" and substitute:

4. Schedule 3, clause 2(2)(b)(i)—delete "$57" and substitute:

5. Schedule 3, clause 2(2)(b)(ii)—delete "$294" and substitute:

   $300
